A Merlot-dominated Bordeaux blends with soft red berry aromas. Lush fruit of ripe plums and black currants unfolds smoothly, with a long, extended acidity that lingers pleasantly into the finish. Our own single vineyard, Fire Gully, in central Margaret River, with vines around 20 years old. Grapes are hand-picked and matured for 12 months in small French oak barrels (2-4 years old).
