Brut Nature without added sugar is said to be more difficult, as the grapes themselves must be perfectly balanced. Aged in bottle for at least 6 years. Rare cuvée, representing only 3% of the total production. It is characterised by yellow fruit aromas, complexity from its long ageing and a rich but crisp aftertaste that is the opposite of a Brut.
